Sherita, who serves as one of our leaders, has been gaining valuable clinical trial execution experience for 25+ years while serving in data management, quality assurance and clinical operations roles.  As a Clinical Operations and Operational Excellence leader, Sherita has developed a library of materials her teams use to ensure they are equipped to effectively operationalize and execute clinical trials.  The tools were developed to address the knowledge, skills, and ability related needs of the various team members.  The tools have enabled Sherita's teams to consistently meet the established clinical trial timelines within budget.
