Sherita has been gaining valuable clinical trial execution experience for over 25 years while serving in data management, quality assurance and clinical operations roles.  As a Clinical Operations leader, Sherita has developed training materials to ensure her teams are equipped to effectively operationalize and execute clinical trials.  The training materials and associated tools were developed to address the knowledge, skills, and ability related needs of the various team members.  As a result, Sherita's teams consistently meet the established clinical trial timelines within budget.  

Over time Sherita has refined the foundational training materials, that ground the PACTS training library, based on the formal curriculum and course development training she received during her tenure as a PhD student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Liberty University.
